[Part 2] David Richard Is An Entity, An Individual (Separate!)

My name change was the youthful response to seeing India, Rural India that is hidden.

Law and Constitution is 'one', and works, if one can reach the enforcers of legislation and what more, often at higher levels; Or the Judicial Branch of the country which I trust at higher levels. (If the case does not touch the Hindutva, I trust the Judicial bodies of India at higher levels.)

Villages in Northern India, have their own ideologies and set rules upon those ideologies. Law passed in parliament, its meaning changes to villages, they set their own tribal meanings to the law, passes mouth to mouth, and at the end, it's union of mouth 'Bharat' rules the Rural India.

Villages have their own methods of enforcement, containment, one who is born in one of the villages in Northern India, will not, and cannot escape!

And all this, with non verbal methods, often non violence, if you do not go loud directly at their faces. Remember, it is worst in some villages, my words are my observations and realization upon those observations!

I'll put it as 'each village as a fascist state' governed by elders aloud or hidden in the minds in the village. Today, they enforce their tribal rules strictly indirectly, psychologically, not directly at your face. Their tribal standards are inherited through generations, incredibly stubborn, laughing at the philosophy of modern age, I began associating them shamelessly as synonym to 'India' and 'Indian.'

Little that I'm aware of the 'Laws of the Villages';

(I) You are at birth 'Subject'; to what your father or grandfather created or left for you, including your character.

(II) 'Father to Son' and 'Mother to Daughter' mentality, Or 'Son like Father' and 'Daughter like Mother' mentality, in all aspects of thinking.

(III) Elders know the ultimate. Respect elders, who to respect is not the choice, respect elders, it's the foundation of your character, it's where your character depends upon. And Elders will decide every aspect of your life, who you marry, or who you should marry (because of your indebted condition), so on, and so on;

It just goes on, how much they control through tribal means, it's beyond disgusting to put on paper. With media and everything, they don't enforce at face. Village population together form the entity, they have two mouth and one mouth they speak with, other they just understand each other and act accordingly as they are doing across generations.

(IV) They together decide everything, Everything!

They keep everything in lineage; Money, Sin, Line of Work!

Everything!

'Villages' and 'Deras';

(V) My Great Grandfather, Panchu Vishwakarma, I do not know to put it absolute knowledge, had relationship outside his marriage and taken money from the village 'Thakurs'. Thakurs are upper caste people. — And died in debt to the village;

(VI) Any debt is not limited with the money. Village tribal mechanism works in ways that can change the whole lineage;

(VII) My Grandfather did not just inherit the debt, also the character, it functions as he is de facto image of his father.

(VIII) Villages in Northern India function in such hidden manner, behind this very loud 'general talk of morality everyone understands' to tribalism of generations of same laws and rules they enforce on people through their non vocal methods that is today;

(IX) It's a phenomenon only one who experienced it, and who read western or modern philosophy, can start noticing at very beginning;

(X) It's a phenomenon of two mouth, one they speak with, and other just people understands, because they are so part of it;

(XI) They're so part of it, they do not even look what they're doing, think, not for a second outside the box, it seems as it's very deeply encoded in their very core, very existence, and their existence as a whole depends upon it that they just do act upon it, and can do so blindly;

(XII) My younger life to today spent thinking, I'm much more tolerable towards such matters today than I was when I changed my name, I was very aggressive, I'm just learned to control my anger towards these matters;

(XIII) I shamelessly, was taking these things as synonym to 'India' and 'Indian';

(XIV) Villages have their own mechanism, they have the power, and they do, 'Recreate and Forever Keep the Sin in the Lineage';

(XV) While writing all this, I'm very aware how hard it is to believe all this or even to just process it, it's all very alive and truth in India;

(XVI) It originates in the village, it travels to cities;

(XVII) And there are other part to it, called 'Deras' in Northern India.

Deras! (Post-Independence Colonial Style Rulers);

(XVIII) Rulers, incorrect. Votebanks of Democracy;

(XIX) Deras are alternative religious Cults, originating in Northern Indian State of Punjab and Haryana;

(XX) Before going to Deras, let's remind ourselves of school studies of British Colonial rules of our beloved India and World, and methods they used;

(XXI) British Companies used four methods to gain control before the ultimate Law of the Crown;

—i) White Supremacy

—ii) Christianity

—iii) Dividing the Population

—iv) English Language

(XXII) British used this white supremacy in every aspect of rule, they were as they call themselves so, they are the most superior of the white race, inherited the god given right to govern the people of the colour;

(XXIII) They spread this mentality of white as superior, as beautiful, as inherited wealth by the God, as equal to God, so as to go as equal to God in rights they possess;

(XXIV) They fed this mentality, and therefore whiter people in India, although less to go in terms with British Equal, but anyone less white, are inferior;

(XXV) So they employed northern population, and it was fed deeply across generations;

(XXVI) And skin ruled India, even rules all India today;

(XXVII) Deras, no way use this mentality, they are the worst, skin colours are just the backdoors of the rural mind that surrender;

(XXVIII) Uncontradictability in religion, the fact that you are 'Sinners' (Or put it other ways, you are lower caste, you did something wrong, terminology of tribal 'Son equal to Father' or 'Father Son Sin');

(XXIX) Since those persecuted by tribal means of the village, find refuge in such Cults, they hold the ultimate power;

(XXX) Saints always stay Saints, vocally;

(XXXI) The bottleneck itself created certain mindset of followers, and with time, their descendents taken the 'Gyan/Knowledge/Wisdom of the changing Gurus';

(XXXII) Their followers are so embedded in the system of the Cult, they give up their children if question, and again it's the same old Cult, outside its followers, ...;

(XXXIII) Christians were forgiven by the sacrifice of Christ.

(XXXIV) These Cults are not religion, it overrides the religion, and since no one has sacrificed for your sin, you have the 'Live Guru', to ask for continuous forgiveness;

(XXXV) Their prayers are dialogues asking for continuous forgiveness by the 'Sitting Guru', head of the Cult;

(XXXVI) And without the Cult, you are the Subject of the Village, and what more you are?!;

(XXXVII) Villages have people, to direct you to Cult, everything is all inter-connected;

(XXXVIII) You are the subject everywhere— if they have the reach and how big are the group of followers;

(XXXIX) They always maintain the Mouth of the Saint, and their Saintly Clothes clean;

(XXXX) On the outside.

(XXXXI) Northern India holds the majority population, and are the population that can be ruled today, just like the old British Empire ruled or East India Company;

(XXXXII) Those 'Mother Fuckers!', to what you'll say, who go to such vote banks of India!

Myself;

My name is David Richard, the name given to me at birth is 'Suraj Vishwakarma', Great Grandson of 'Panchu Vishwakarma', Grandson of 'Ramdhani Vishwakarma, Son of 'Pramod Vishwakarma',

I was born in my family home 'House No 94, Amihit, Uttar Pradesh 222142,

and here I am speaking loudly in front of all;

that I David Richard, myself as Individual, don't have any religion, and I do believe in the energy that is above us all, other than that I am 'as Individual' is not linked to any identity other than of myself and what ideologies I have, I am the entity that learns and changes, and therefore;

'I' and 'what I speak or hold' with 'time' forms one. I am myself linked to my ideologies to the time.

I want to add few things about myself to declare myself a Saint;

1. In 2010, at 14–15 years of age, I requested my grandfather to buy me a Computer, my education was destroyed, I will not talk about that, I found Computer as path forward, village person had recommended the shop from where the Computer was bought;

2. Electricity was passing through the screen, mouse wasn't working;

3. It was faulty piece;

4. I was desperate about Computer and did something I shouldn't, I was very young, I stole kept money at home and jewellery to buy me a laptop after selling the jewellery, (in 2010, 14–15 years of age);

5. I returned the money and jewellery after few months;

6. It was solely to buy me a laptop.

7. Proudly, I had open consensual relationship with _, much older than me, married at the time, and wasn't happy with her marriage;

8. I think Marriage is fundamentally wrong, but I have no intention in changing way of life;

9. I Love Sex. I'm saying it loudly because I'm proud of it, I'm by nature at birth born a sexual creature, and sex goes along with the intimacy and emotion one shares with his partner;

10. I Absolutely Love Sex;

11. I would love to have sex as much as I can, consensual, legal, and if there's respect in the nature of the relationship and by being sure it's not destroying anyone's life;

12. I have learned and changed so much;

13. I am free Individual who will only follow the law of the land, and will work to change the law itself if I myself don't like it;

14. I own myself;

15. and I am David Richard.

Because of all this, I'm seeking neutral ground in India to live in exile, at first, and later I will leave this country for their own tribal good.
